Potato And Pumpkin Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, sliced
    1/2 lb. pumpkin, peeled and sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. margarine (room temperature)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange pumpkin slices, potato slices and onion in a baking dish.
    Combine half and half, wine, cheese and margarine in a bowl, mixing well; spoon over vegetables. Bake, covered, 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
