Applesauce Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans
1 egg, beaten
1 cup applesauce

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in large mixing bow.
Stir in nuts, egg and applesauce.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
