Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
2 eggs, lightly whipped
1/2 tsp. soda
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar mince meat (28 oz. Borden or Just So)
1 lb. mixed candied fruit
1 c. English walnuts
1 or 1 1/2 c. blackberry wine (optional)
Preparation

Grease tube cake pan with butter and line pan with wax paper, then grease again.
Mix all ingredients, except wine and place in cake pan.
Bake in slow oven (about 300\u00b0) until browned and done to touch.
After completely cooled or even next day, pour wine over and let it soak while in cake tin.
