Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl.
    Beat eggs in separate bowl until thick.
    Add sugar gradually, then add milk, margarine and vanilla that have been heated until a skim appears on top.
    Gradually add flour.
    Place into a greased 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
