Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew meat or round steak, cut up
potatoes, peeled and cubed
carrots, peeled and thick sliced
onions, sliced
celery, sliced
1 c. green beans (blunt cut), drained
1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation

Layer all ingredients, except tapioca, in Dutch oven.
Start with meat first.
Smear soup over top.
Sprinkle tapioca on top. Do not stir or mix.
Cover; bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
No peeking.
