Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 bell peppers (cut tops off)
1 c. brown rice
1 can Vege Burger
square Jack cheese
Preparation

Boil bell peppers for 20 minutes.
Boil 1 cup water and add the rice and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
Fry the Vege Burger and mix rice and Vege Burger.
Put square Jack cheese in bottom of each pepper.
Fill peppers with rice and burger.
Place strip of Jack cheese on top of each pepper.
Place in oven at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Goes good with fruit salad and lima beans.
