Pecan Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine
    marshmallow cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well by
    hand.
    Mixture will be very dry.
    Shape into five 4 x 1 inch rolls.
    Chill 2 to 3 hours.
    Put caramels and water in top of
    double
    boiler.
    Dip
    rolls in melted caramels and then roll in pecans.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Cut into slices.
