Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tart apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick oleo
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix
the
apples
with
lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Put apples into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Spread
flat.
Sprinkle
dry
cake
mix
evenly
over
apples. Sprinkle
cinnamon
over
mix
and
drizzle oleo over the top. Cover
dish with aluminum foil and place in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Bake 20 minutes
or until apples are bubbly.
Remove foil and bake 30 minutes more or until top is brown and apples are tender.
