Hot Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked chicken
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 pimento, cut fine
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    2/3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix the first 9 ingredients in large baking dish (mix lightly; don't mix so much that you crush the chicken).
    Combine potato chips and cheese and sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake in hot oven, 400\u00b0, until bubbly, about an hour. Good for company!
    The work's done the day before it's served.
