Tomato Hot Stuff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gallon ripe tomatoes
    6 green peppers
    1 large white onion
    small red peppers, as many as you like, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Peel and chop tomatoes.
    Chop peppers and onions.
    Mix chopped vegetables in a heavy vessel.
    Add remaining ingredients and boil slowly for at least 2 hours or until desired thickness.
    Watch closely to prevent burning.
    Pack in pint jars and seal.
