Ingredients
    1 c. defatted chicken broth
    1 small can whole tomatoes, chopped
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    4 skinless sole fillets
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    You can use orange roughy, flounder or cod.
