Hungarian Squash(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 yellow summer squash
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 or 2 Tbsp. oil
    3 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 tsp. black pepper (less if you don't like it spicy)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Grate squash and barley cover with water.
    Add seasonings. Saut onion in oil and add to squash. Cook 15 minutes.
    Drain water. Add 1/2 cup sour cream mixed with 1 tablespoon flour. Mix all and simmer 3 to 5 minutes and serve.
