Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Stir all ingredients together.
Bake in a tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
