Caribbean Spice Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (20 oz) pineapple sliced, undrained
    1 tsp. each ground ginger, curry powder and garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1/4 c. shredded coconut
    1/4 c. green onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Drain pineapple juice into large measuring cup.
    Combine spices into small bowl.
    Stir 1/4 teaspoon spice mixture and cornstarch into pineapple juice; set aside.
