Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 beaten eggs
1 c. light cream
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Separate dough into triangles; place in 10-inch pie plate with points to center. Press edges together, building up slightly to form an edge at top; crimp.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of crust.
