Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. sugar substitute
1 small box sugar-free strawberry jello
3 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. hot water
1 baked All-Bran pie crust
1 pkg. prepared low calorie whipped topping
Preparation

Mix the gelatin, cornstarch and hot water; cook about 1 minute.
Add sugar substitute and cool.
Add sliced strawberries to gelatin mixture and coat.
Pour into cooled 9-inch pie shell and refrigerate.
Top with low calorie whipped topping.
Serves 8.
