Frozen Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Separate eggs, beat whites until stiff then beat in sugar. Beat yolks thoroughly, then add lemon juice.
    Fold egg yolks into egg whites.
    Then fold in heavy cream, stiffly beaten.
    Pour into shell that has been lined with graham crackers.
    Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.
    Freeze until firm.
    Serve frozen.
