Lo-Cal Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. skim milk
    artificial sweetener to equal 16 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cocoa and cornstarch in saucepan, pressing out lumps. Whisk in both milks gently.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly (2 to 3 minutes).
    Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm.
    Stir in sweetener and vanilla.
    Serve immediately.
