Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. lemon extract
6 egg whites
Preparation

Beat egg yolks, sugar, flour, baking powder, cold water and lemon extract. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg white mixture into cake batter with spoon.
Use angel food pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
