Hot Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. process American cheese, grated
1 (10 oz.) can green chilies and tomatoes
Preparation

Combine cheese and chilies in a 1 1/2-quart microwave-proof casserole.
Cover and cook on 80 (Reheat) for 5 minutes.
Mix thoroughly with portable mixer until smooth.
Keep hot on a heated tray or candle warmer and serve with corn chips or potato chips or with crisp raw vegetables.
