Cool Rise Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Fleischmann's yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 3/4 c. warm milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt (if using self-rising flour, omit salt)
    3 Tbsp. softened margarine

Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water in a large warm bowl. Add milk, sugar, salt and margarine.
    Stir in 2 cups unsifted flour.
    Beat with rotary beater until smooth, about 1 minute. Add 1
    cup flour and beat until mixed.
    Gradually stir in enough additional flour (3 cups or more) to make a soft dough.
    Turn onto lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic.
    Cover dough with towel and let rest 20 minutes.
