Cranberry Apple Pie With Soft Gingersnap Crust(Makes One (8-Inch) Pie, 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 gingersnap cookies
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    2 McIntosh apples, pared and cored
    1 c. fresh cranberries
    5 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place gingersnaps and margarine in food processor.
    Process until gingersnaps are finely ground. Press gingersnap mixture onto bottom and up side of 8-inch pie plate.
    Bake 5 to 8 minutes and cool.
