Cracklin Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. corn meal
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. corn oil
1 c. cracklins
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix corn meal and flour; mix buttermilk, oil and eggs.
Add to meal and flour.
Mix well.
Add cracklins.
Pour into greased iron skillet.
Place into preheated 450\u00b0 oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
