Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Stove Top dressing
    1/4 c. butter
    2 lb. zucchini
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Melt butter; mix with dressing mix.
    Line bottom of casserole with 1/2 this mixture.
    Cube zucchini and saute with onion. Combine soup, sour cream and shredded carrots; add to zucchini and onion.
    Put into baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with balance of dressing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
