Pork Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 c. broccoli florets, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, thinly sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. fresh mushroom, sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In a large skillet stir-fry pork, until no longer pink. Remove pork from skillet, and keep in warm place.
    In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add green pepper and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
    Stir in the mushrooms, cook 2 minutes longer.
    In a small bowl combine cornstarch, chicken broth and soy sauce, until smooth, and stir into skillet.
    Bring to a boil, cook and stir constantly until thickened.
    Return pork to the skillet, heat through.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
