Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. each: baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated, raw carrots
Preparation
    Beat together the sugar, oil, eggs and carrots.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add to first mixture.
    Blend thoroughly. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or a Bundt pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 55 minutes, then bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes more.
