Turkey Burger Deluxe(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. ketchup
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 light slices cheese, halved
    1 tomato
    lettuce
    pickles
    4 buns
Preparation
    Prepare grill or preheat broiler.
    Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
    In a bowl, combine turkey, ketchup, garlic, green onions, basil, oregano and pepper.
    Shape into four equal patties. Grill or broil 4 inches from the heat, turning once, for 8 minutes, or done to taste.
    Place half a slice of cheese on each burger for 30 seconds until cheese melts. Top with lettuce, tomato slices and pickles.
