Pineapple Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves or chicken strips
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, packed in own juice
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. sliced scallions
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken very lightly with salt and pepper.
Brown in butter over medium heat.
Add remaining ingredients; cook, uncovered, turning breasts occasionally until liquid has mostly evaporated and chicken is glazed, about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with scallions.
Serves 4.
