Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the cornstarch and water. Add to boiling water. Cook until clear. Add the sugar and vanilla.
    Mix into egg whites that are beaten stiff.
