Hawaiian Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted shortening
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. crushed canned pineapple in juice
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar together; add shortening.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add dry ingredients to first mixture and blend.
Add nuts and pineapple.
Stir just enough to combine.
Pour batter into a greased 4 x 8-inch loaf pan.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
