Master Pie Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 lb. or 16 c. flour
3 lb. shortening
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Start with 1/3 cup cold water for 2 cups of mix and add more, if needed.
Two cups of mix will make 1 double crust pie.
This is enough for approximately 24 single pie crusts and may be stored on the kitchen shelf in 2 Tupperware Econo canisters.
