Kosher Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. salt
    1 tsp. dill seed
    1/2 pod hot pepper
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Mix water, vinegar and salt.
    Heat until very hot.
    Place cucumbers in jars along with dill seed, peppers and garlic.
    Pour hot mixture over cucumbers and seal using hot flats.
