Jellied Tomato Juice Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice (V-8 can be used)
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    3 Tbsp. vinegar (sweet pickle juice may be substituted)
    3 Tbsp. celery, finely chopped
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to boil.
    Pour over contents of package of gelatin.
    Stir well; place in refrigerator.
    Allow to set until firm.
