Baked Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked regular grits
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar sharp cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    fresh mushrooms (optional)
    fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Use 9-inch lightly greased quiche dish or deep pie pan. Bring water and salt to boil.
    Stir in grits.
    Cook 30 minutes or until done.
    Remove
    from
    heat and add next 3 ingredients. Stir until cheese is
    melted.\tGradually
    stir
    1/4
    hot grits into eggs; add remaining
    grits;
    stir well.
    Pour grits into quiche dish. Bake at
    350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Garnish with mushroom and parsley.
