Barbecued Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    2 small onions, diced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. catsup
    3/4 c. water
    4 c. drained sauerkraut
Preparation
    Brown onion in bacon fat.
    Mix brown sugar, catsup and water and boil for 5 minutes.
    Layer sauerkraut and onion until all in casserole pan.
    Pour sauce over top and bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
