Alex Kalberer'S Aspen Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    8 oz. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1 small bottle marinated artichoke hearts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Grease square oven dish with oleo.
    Drain marinade from artichokes and put marinade into frying pan.
    Cut artichoke hearts in 1/2 or 1/3 and put into dish.
    Saute mushrooms slightly in marinade until tender.
    Put mushrooms in dish; salt and pepper. Put spinach layer on next.
    Mix cream cheese and milk until icing consistency.
    Spread over spinach.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden and slightly bubbly, approximately 20 minutes.
