Marie'S Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rice
    onions
    eggs
    bean sprouts
    chicken
    salt and pepper
    lite soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook and refrigerate rice.
    (Warm rice gets mushy!
    I usually cook mine the day before.)
    Saute onions lightly.
    Put in dish and set aside.
    Scramble eggs.
    Put in dish and set aside.
    Have bean sprouts ready to add, if desired.
    Dice chicken, cook in water and season to taste (salt, pepper, seasoned salt, lite soy sauce). When chicken is done, add onions, eggs, bean sprouts and rice. Stir.
    Add soy sauce.
    When rice is hot, dish is done.
