Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small glove garlic
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. cooked noodles
Preparation
    Dust meat with flour and pepper.
    In a skillet, brown the meat in butter.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly.
    Stir in soup.
    Cover and cook 1 hour, stirring often.
    Gradually blend in sour cream.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
    Always add sour cream the last 5 minutes, never more.
