Sweet And Sour Meatballs(Makes About 4 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs (2 slices)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    4 tsp. Wyler's or Steero beef flavor instant bouillon
    1 1/3 c. Bama apricot preserves
    2 Tbsp. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
Preparation
    In bowl, combine meat, crumbs, egg and 2 teaspoons bouillon; shape in 1 1/4-inch balls.
    In large skillet, brown meatballs. Remove from pan; pour off fat.
    In skillet, combine preserves, ReaLemon brand and remaining 2 teaspoons bouillon.
    Over low heat, cook and stir 15 minutes.
    Add meatballs; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
