Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside.
    Mix together next 5 ingredients and then add yeast mixture.
    Add enough of the flour for a good dough.
    Put in greased pans and let rise and bake or store in refrigerator for later use.
