Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples, peeled, cored and diced
4 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Grease and flour tube pan.
Set oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together in small bowl and set aside the apples, 4 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon.
In large bowl mix together other ingredients.
Arrange the batter and apple mixture in layers.
Begin with batter and end with apples, 3 layers of each.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours (for Teflon pan bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or two 6-cup Bundt pans for 45 minutes to 1 hour).
