Shrimp Gumbo(Club Member: Keisha Hudson) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. each chopped green onion and shallots
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
    1 small lemon, sliced
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet; blend in flour.
    Cook over low heat until dark brown, stirring constantly.
    Add all ingredients, except shrimp; mix well.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Simmer for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Stir in shrimp.
    Cook for 10 minutes longer.
    Serve over rice.
