Arkansas Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
2 cans crab meat
1 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Cook in double boiler, adding ingredients in order given, except egg.
Cook 20 minutes.
When almost ready, remove from fire and add beaten egg.
Serve in chafing dish with toast points or tortilla chips.
