Bogie'S Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    racks of pork ribs
    garlic salt
    black pepper
    chili powder
    brown sugar
Preparation
    First you will need a barbecue pit where the fire is at one end and not
    under
    the
    meat.
    Start your fire with charcoal, then add red oak
    wood
    as you need it to cook the ribs. Buy as many racks of
    ribs as you need or have room for on the pit. Generously cover
    ribs
    on
    each
    side with garlic salt, pepper, chili powder and brown sugar.
    Let ribs cook one hour; sprinkle with more brown
    sugar
    and turn over.
    Cook one hour more, then sprinkle more brown sugar on and turn back over and cook for another
    hour
    or
    until
    desired degree of doneness. These are finger-licking good!
