Sweet Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. spareribs
    garlic salt
    ginger pieces
    12 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/4 c. shoyu
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    salt, pepper and ajinomoto to taste
Preparation
    Brown spareribs.
    Add garlic salt, ginger and pineapple juice. Simmer until half soft.
    Remove ribs and refrigerate separately overnight.
    Remove solidified fat from liquid.
    Combine ribs and liquid in pot.
    Add shoyu, vinegar and brown sugar.
    Season with salt, pepper and ajinomoto.
    Thicken sauce if desired.
