Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. low-fat buttermilk
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 oz. skinned boneless chicken breast, pounded to about 1/4-inch thick
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder, onion powder and pepper
3 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs (plain or Italian)
1 tsp. oil or 1 Tbsp. diet margarine
Preparation

Combine buttermilk and cheese.
Sprinkel chicken with flour and seasonings, then dip in buttermilk mixture coating both sides and using entire mixture.
Dip chicken into crumbs, turning to coat both sides.
In small nonstick skillet, heat oil.
Add chicken. Cook, turning once until done.
Serves 1.
