Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
    2 1/4 c. hot water
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    nutmeg
    unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Blend the milk with water and pour over slightly beaten eggs. Add salt.
    Pour in an unbaked pastry shell.
    Sprinkle with desired amount of nutmeg.
    Place in a pan filled with hot water while baking.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
