Hamburger-Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 onion, sliced thin
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine meat, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Pat meat in bottom of a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with a layer of onions, then carrots, ending with potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix soup and water until smooth.
Pour evenly over meat and vegetables.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
