"The Night Before" Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild ground sausage
1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
2 slices bread, toasted and cubed
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Crumble and brown sausage and drain.
Beat eggs with milk and salt.
Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch casserole dish.
Pour egg mixture on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 - 8.
