Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 heads fresh broccoli tops
1/2 lb. bacon, fried
1 c. raisins
1 to 2 small red onions
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. white sugar
Preparation
-
Prepare broccoli by cutting and using only the tops.
Fry, drain and crumble the bacon.
Sliver the onion; add raisins.
